1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "8k85" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 8k85 online gaming platform operating at 8k85.cam, regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8k85 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 8k85 platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 8k85 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds, bonus funds, and any winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or match bonuses granted by 8k85 to a Player that are distinct from real-money deposits and subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing and licensing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the 8k85 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern the entire relationship between you and 8k85. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 8k85 platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

2.2 Your acceptance of these Terms is a precondition to your use of 8k85 Services. If you access the platform without reading these Terms, you are nonetheless bound by them from the moment of first access.

2.3 8k85 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform website and, where material, via email or SMS notification to your registered contact. Continued use of 8k85 following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 8k85 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform;
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8k85, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by 8k85 or PAGCOR from online gaming platforms.

3.2 8k85 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period will result in the suspension of account access and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus funds pending investigation.

3.3 Where 8k85 determines that a Player registered or used the platform while ineligible — including underage use — the relevant account will be permanently closed, all funds deriving from ineligible play may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) active account on 8k85. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 8k85 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.

4.2 When registering your 8k85 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. 8k85 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 You must notify 8k85 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 8k85 may take such actions as it deems appropriate to secure the account pending investigation, including temporary suspension.

4.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account access with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.1 KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. You will be required to submit at least one valid government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth card, UMID, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 8k85 processes KYC documents within one to three business days. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. 8k85 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposited funds are credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

5.2 Deposit Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the funds deposited into your 8k85 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. 8k85 complies with all obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these criteria will be held pending until all conditions are satisfied.

5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours (Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). 6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 8k85 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion;

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k85 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending and outstanding bonuses, forfeiture of balances where legally permissible, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or using an account while underage (below 21 years of age);
• Registering more than one account, or using accounts belonging to third parties;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature — any winnings derived from exploited errors are void;
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or poker format;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using 8k85 as a vehicle for transferring illegally obtained funds;
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit via your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of 8k85.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 8k85 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the property of 8k85 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your use of the 8k85 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.3 The 8k85 name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 8k85. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k85 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security, technical failures outside 8k85's reasonable control, or interruptions to game sessions caused by network or device issues on your end.

9.2 8k85 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 8k85's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, misfire, or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome, 8k85 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Winnings derived from a software error or malfunction are not payable.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8k85's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 8k85 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, a security risk to the account or the platform has been identified, the account is being operated in a manner inconsistent with PAGCOR licensing requirements, or applicable law requires or permits such action.

10.2 Players may close their own 8k85 accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

10.3 Where an account is closed by 8k85 due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 8k85's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. 8k85 aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

13.3 Where internal dispute resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the procedures established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.

13.4 Where judicial proceedings are necessary, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 8k85 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email or SMS at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.

14.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at 8k85.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14.4 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
